When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Betaling & Retourneren

U kunt uw bestelling eenvoudig vooraf betalen via onze website. Tijdens het afrekenen worden de kosten automatisch aangepast aan uw keuze: ophalen of bezorgen.

Belangrijk om te weten: Omdat wij uitsluitend werken met versproducten, is het niet mogelijk om uw bestelling te retourneren.

Vers en gekoeld bezorgd

Uw bestelling wordt verzonden in een speciale, duurzame koeldoos van karton. Zo blijven de producten gegarandeerd vers. Omdat wij werken met hoogwaardige koelverzending, adviseren wij u de doos zo vol mogelijk te pakken om de verzendkosten optimaal te verdelen.

Planning & Bezorging

U bepaalt zelf de verzenddatum (mogelijk vanaf de eerstvolgende werkdag). Uw pakket wordt de dag na verzending bezorgd; wij houden u hiervan op de hoogte. Zo ontvangt u uw producten altijd op het moment dat het u uitkomt.

Let op: Wij bezorgen niet op de Waddeneilanden.

Liever geen verzendkosten? U kunt uw bestelling ook kosteloos ophalen bij onze locatie.

Uw bestelling ophalen

U kunt uw bestelling zelf ophalen bij ons magazijn in Emmeloord. Bestelt u doordeweeks vóór 11:00 uur? Dan staat uw bestelling dezelfde dag nog voor u klaar. Vooruit bestellen voor een latere datum kan natuurlijk ook.

Let op: Onze locatie aan de Werktuigenweg is ingericht als groothandel en verwerkingsruimte. Wij hebben geen traditionele winkel, maar u kunt uw bestelling direct in ontvangst nemen bij onze afhaalbalie.
